My passion for baking took a turn 18 years ago after being diagnosed with celiac disease.
I missed the texture and flavor of my favorite foods. It has been my mission to make foods taste like I remembered.
I'm a mother of nine and five of my children have other food allergies including oral allergy ,dairy, peanut, tree nut, soy and alpha gal. My bakery has allergy friendly items along with being 100% gluten-free. We also use 90% organic baking ingredients ,organic local eggs, fruit and local honey.
